                               RESOLUTION NO. 19568
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO 
                   CONTRACT WITH EUGENE BOWMAN, APPRAISER, TO 
                   APPRAISE ONE (1) TRACT RELATIVE TO CRESTONE 
                   CIRCLE SEWER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR AN 
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($250.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to contract with 
       Eugene Bowman, Appraiser, to appraise one (1) tract relative to 
       Crestone Circle Sewer and Drainage Easement for an amount not to 
       exceed $250.00.
